Fall 2023 Registration Open!

THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS OCTOBER 15th!

• What is the costume contest?

The team should wear the same costume with player numbers visible on the back of the uniform. Movement can not be restricted. Family-friendly themes, please!

• What is the tent decorating contest?

Set up and decorate your team tent to go with your costume theme. Prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated tent. Stock up your tent with goodies for the kids to trick or treat at a pre-scheduled time.

• Can siblings of players participate in the trick or treat?

Yes! This is a family event and everyone is welcome.

•  What else will be going on at the event?

Lots of Halloween fun! Contests and prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Food truck, Music, and Treats as well. We will have a scheduled time for trick or treat when the kids will be able to make their rounds to all of the tents.

• Is there a rain date?

No- fingers crossed the weather cooperates! If we have to cancel, refunds will be issued less a small percentage for our upfront costs.

• How many games will each team get?

Each team is guaranteed 3 games. Brackets will be announced the week prior to the tournament.

• Is this a “travel team” tournament?

This tournament is intended to be fun for all levels of play. Division preference will be asked in the registration. Competitive and recreational divisions will be separated if possible, based on the number of teams registered.

• What is the Co-ed division?

U15 and U17 age groups will offer registration for Male, Female, and Co-ed divisions. Co-ed teams are required to have at least one female on the field at all times. Players are permitted to play on a Co-ed team as well as their age group team if desired. We can’t guarantee the game schedule won’t conflict but will do our best to resolve conflicts if they arise. If not enough teams register in an age group that they’ll do coed (boys vs girls).
